Answer 1:
Acupuncture is a 5,000-year-old Chinese system of natural healing ( no drugs - no surgery ) which is concerned with restoring proper energy flow to the various organs, glands, and tissues of the body on the premise that most diseases are the result of malfunction due to disrupted energies.  We are alive and functions lead to processes. Cells, tissues, glands, and organs make up these systems that carry on these processes. When they function together in unison it is called eu-ease (good ease) and when they don't it is called dis-ease (bad ease), simply put. Neuralgias, Headaches, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Tics, Spasms, Muscular Rheumatism, Neuralgias of the Shoulders and Arms, Tennis Elbow, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatism, Ulcers, Stomach Problems, Diarrhea, Hepatitis, Asthma, Bronchitis, Shortness of Breath, Coughs, certain types of Heart trouble, abnormal Blood Pressure, Hemorrhoids, Lumbago, Bladder Irritation, Bed Wetting, Certain Kidney Problems, Female Disorders, Impotence, Glaucoma (sometimes), Weak Eyesight, Hay Fever, Loss of Smell, Tonsilitis, Loss of Hearing, Skin Conditions, and even Nervous and Psychiatric Factors that is highly correlated upon the fact that that often mental problems arise from physical disorders.

It is important to note that Acupuncture is a complete healing art within itself. It is concerned with systems of the body such as nervous, circulatory, digestive, respiratory, eliminatory, reproductive, hormonal, musculoskeletal, etc. The health care problems within those systems,  Acupuncture concerns itself effectively.

Answer 2:
On the average, one will see a minimum of 80% satisfaction with the results from Acupuncture care. two out of ten may have results that less than favorable.

When all parts of the body are functioning normally - all 400 trillion parts: E.g., "The definition of Health" Chinese Definition. If there is an interruption in the transmission of energy flow or life force (called chi'  in Chinese), then too much or not enough processes in the tissues can cause, contribute to organ malfunction, disease, and suffering is inevitable.

Answer 3:
Documentation is wrought with one or both locations: 1) In the channels of energy flow, which are located throughout the body, and just beneath the skin surface, 2) In the spinal column where vertebrae may become misaligned, thereby compressing the nerve trunks. In Acupuncture, "tuina" is extremely important and a critical form of adjustment in the Traditional Chinese Method of Healing and why Chiropractic and Acupuncture share many foundational principles in healing.

Answer 4:
Yes, of course, there are other causes of diseases. Some include Psychomatic states, hereditary factors, poisons, adverse environmental conditions, injury, germs, malnutrition, etc.... all are disease producing. But again, Acupuncture is meant to balance and produce life well-lived regardless of regardless of the states involved.

Answer 5:
There are many methods that have been developed that unique in and of themselves and some that crossover to the way some methods medical professions uses as well.  The methods include certain signs like breath, and skin tones, painful meridians, reflex points, pulse and or instrumental findings. Pulse diagnosis is extremely difficult and many say to become proficient requires 40 years to become effective. Pulse diagnosis is extremely accurate done well.

Answer 6:
First, the related skin points are determined. The proper application ( a toolbox of over thirty methods ) some of which include: 1) Long Needle Insertion -usually for acupuncture anesthesia for surgery; 2) Short needle penetration; 3) Non-piercing needles: 4) Fingertip pressure - called shishin or "finger needles" ; 5) Metallic balls taped to the points; 6) Electrical Stimulation; 7) Moxabustion - this is the application of herbs pinched to the end of the needle, like this,  and lit with a flame to burn. The smell and heat convected through the needle have healing properties.

Answer 7:
The list is long and textbooks list conditions into the hundreds. This has always intrigued me. What intrigues me more is the fact that the human body and its systems are meant to be cared for with diligence and high skill. Typical ailments responding favorably to the patient and the doctor include: Neuralgias, Headaches, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Tics, Spasms, Muscular Rheumatism, Neuralgia of the Shoulders and Arm, Tennis Elbow, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatism, Ulcers, Stomach Problems, Diarrhea, Hepatitis, Asthma, Bronchitis, Shortness of Breath, Coughs, Certain Types of Heart Trouble, Abnormal Blood Pressure, Hemorrhoids, Lumbago, Bladder Irritation, Bed Wetting, Certain Kidney Problems, Female Disorders, Impotence, Glaucoma (sometimes), Weak Eyesight, Hay Fever, Loss of Smell, Tonsilitis, Loss of Hearing and Tinnitus, Skin Conditions, and even Nervous or Psychiatric Disorders based on the fact that often mental problems arise from problems that arise from physical disorders.

Acupuncture is a complete healing system within itself. and is concerned with the systems of the body such as Nervous, Circulatory, Digestive, Respiratory, Eliminatory, Reproductive, Hormonal, Musculoskeletal, etc. , and seeks to correct health problems within those systems.

Answer 8:
Out of 10, 8 typically respond favorably to the patient and the doctor. Two out of ten fail to respond favorably for a variety of reasons. Advanced Age, the severity of the condition, irreversible tissue damage, etc. are deterrents to recovery.

Answer 9:
Absolutely. The integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the spinal adjustment. World authorities, including Feliz Mann, MD of England; Paul Nogier, MD of France, and Kunzo Hagayama, MD of Japan on this very aspect of "getting well". Leaving the spinal adjustment out of the treatment plan invites failure.

Answer 10:
Yes. In fact, the word "acupuncture" is incorrect because it implies needles only. The proper wording is "Meridian Therapy". The Chinese name contribution to this therapy is Ching Lo Liao. Portuguese sailors saw this therapy and the wrong name stuck.

Answer 11:
Proper training is the key. Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, and Osteopaths currently have available to them this training.

Answer12:
Yes, there are four laws to obey for those who desire health and longevity:  1)Proper nutrition; 2) Adequate rest; 3) Moderate Excercise; 4) A positive mental attitude

Answer 13:
This information is only new to the Western World. Soviet Scientists Novinski and Vorobiev proved the premise of ancient Chinese Acupuncture Healing by localizing meridian points with a Wheatstone bridge, using alternator current to prevent polarization of the meridian point. This was fed by a generator of sonic frequency and recorded on a cathode ray oscillograph. When the electrode touched an active acupuncture point the oscillograph diminished. Best results were derived from frequencies of a few kilohertz and voltage from several millivolts to 4 volts.

Research? The Russians have already done it. And now, many countries including France and the Ukraine are inpolementing Acupuncture as a Primary Portal of Choice for their citizens.

The research needed concerns results in this country on the sick American. I am doing that here in Oklahoma City, Ok. How? Our member doctors are sending in testimonials from their patients from all over this nation. We will update as cases are reviewed.

New knowledge is important. Not because it hasn't been done before, but because the application has not been perceived to be this effective until more people are exposed to the great results as it applies to help so many regain their lives to one of happy and healthy. Science reports on results and there is much to report, thanks to you, more people are responding to the results you receive.
